• Canadian elderberry (Sambucus canadensis, fruit) … 8,125 mg

Dosage
• Adult: 5 ml / day (or 24 days per bottle).
Instructions for use
• Ideally take on an empty stomach in the morning.
• Once opened, consume within 30 days.
• Use a measuring cup to make it easier to take.
